THE WARRANTY:
WOI Tile is warranted against defective materials or workmanship at time of delivery. Tiles broken in shipment are replaced. All murals and tiles are custom made so we do not offer refunds. Kiln fired porcelain tile has a lifetime, non-fading warranty. All sales are final.
WHAT IS WARRANTED:
All tile sold by Windows of Imagination
PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED: Our warranty covers the original purchaser of an WOI mural who has provided proper proof of the original retail purchase.
WHAT IS NOT WARRANTED:
Any time, labor or incidental costs associated with product failure. WOI Tile purchased and installed against recommended applications.
WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY:
1. Incorrect Service: WOI Tile can be cleaned using most cleaners found around the home, from a glass cleaner to soft scrub but no abrasives.Tiles are scratch resistant and withstand normal wear and tear.
2. What not to use: Do not use paint thinner or acetone or any product used to remove paint, glue or ink as the image will be discolored or removed. Use of any of the above listed items will void the warranty.
3.. Incorrect Use: Any damaged, abused or modified tile will not be warranted.
EXTENT OF WARRANTY:
Any defective tile must be returned in order to be replaced. Windows of Imagination will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by the customer under the terms of this warranty, nor shall it be responsible for any damages either consequential, special, contingent, or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of any WOI product.
Any tile that needs to be returned must be sent at customers’ expense along with proof of purchase. Windows of Imagination reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly complied with. In the event that the terms are not complied with, Windows of Imagination shall be under no obligation to honor this warranty.
LIMITATIONS:
Windows of Imagination does not warrant against and shall not be liable for any damage to the tiles due to any of the following causes: faulty or improper installation or application of the tiles, installation in inappropriate local climatic areas, use of accessories that do not properly receive or secure the tiles or use of inappropriate chemicals. EXCEPT FOR THE SPECIFIC WARRANTIES AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, WINDOWS OF IMAGINATION DOES NOT GIVE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WINDOWS OF IMAGINATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES for breach of any express, written, oral or implied warranty on our tiles. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, your EXCLUSIVE REMEDY shall be replacement of defective tiles, only on the terms stated in this warranty.
